For the Employee Engagement, we organize activities like Quarterly Awards, Birthday Celebrations, New Year Bash, Sports Day, Picnic, Christmas, Women’s Day Celebration, Holi and Diwali Celebration at our Offices.

We also take care of the Learning and Development of the Employees, we regiment, Annual Training Program. These Trainings are per the functional and role based needs of the Employees. It encompasses of modules based workshops and concentrated sessions. Post training we assess our Training Programs with ‘Feedback Forms’ from all the participants. We expedite our Employees with various opportunities to learn and develop their skills in the growing industrial competition and we provide them numerous platforms during the year to meet informally, celebrate, interact, and enjoy together, to strengthen the bond of Tech Family.
